All in all - had a good 1 night stay. My comfortable modern and well-equipped room was reasonably priced with coffee, tea, as example. And the facilities were really good. The service provided there was friendly.  

By and large, it was comfortable base for sightseeing in Birmingham, had much fun. Got suite when arrived, appreciated that.

The stuff are amazingly great and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The location is central. 26 minutes drive to the airport, it is located quite close to the centre.

There's hair in some areas.

We were upgraded to suite with tv on check in. This hotel was set in a central area near to friendly why look anywhere else, the centre and the hill.

My favorite property in Birmingham. Great base for discovering Birmingham. Nice building and rooms with comfortable beds for 3 adults. Really friendly and affable staff on reception and elsewhere. Central location between everything.  

The room is reasonably priced. It has an exceptionally comfortable bed and a good bathroom. I would stay here again, enjoyed the city and hotel: D

In a hotel like this - hair is unacceptable.

The king room we stayed in was good-sized with comfy bed. We booked it for £ 43.

Stayed here for 1 night with my husband, had a very good stay.

We had queen room, and it was good sized with comfortable beds for 3 adults. Central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea making machines turned out to be good. The location of the property was perfect, in the pub of the BCFC 

Had 1 night in Birmingham, spending my time here lovely. Central location just off the center, a lovely pub and Edgbaston, it was in a nice enough area. Also, I was within a close distance from a landmark mall. The services were friendly.  

My double room with comfortable beds for 3 adults, cozy bedrooms, as example was functional.

There is plenty of excellent food for breakfast. The location is unbeatable, and the staff is extremely great. It's 36 minutes' drive from the airport.

We spend 1 night in Birmingham lovely. The staff were polite, greatly enjoyed our interaction and their attitude. They provided a wide array of fine choices for breakfast that was included.

The area was quite loud.

The accommodation had a central location close to coach Station waking distance. I thoroughly enjoyed the room with comfy bed.
